4Slices of Bacon
1tbspOlive or Avocado Oil
4Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Tenderloins or Thighs
1tspSalt & Pepper to taste
1Packet of Ranch Seasoning
1. Preheat oven to 400F. 2. Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside. 3. Fry chopped bacon. 4. Remove bacon from skillet and set aside. Save the bacon grease! 5. Add chicken to bacon fat and cook until browned. 6. Remove chicken from pan and add to greased baking dish. 7. In a bowl, mix ranch seasoning and cream cheese. 8. Top chicken with cream cheese mixture. 9. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over chicken. 10. Bake uncovered at 400F for 10 minutes. 11. Add chopped bacon and cook for an additional 5 minutes. 12. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes. 13. Serve.
